  7. - This preview version can differ from the final release and has not all of the features, which were planned for the final release, implemented yet .

  14. - MacOS 8.1 or higher (MacOS 9.x recommended)
  15. - CarbonLib 1.04 or higher
  16. - OpenTransport 1.1.1 or higher with TCP/IP support installed
  17. - Internet or any other TCP/IP network connection

  21. By using the software you agree to be bound to the terms of this preview software license agreement:

CARRACHO CLIENT/SERVER/TRACKER ("THE SOFTWARE") IS PROVIDED "AS IS". THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. CARRACHO COMMUNICATIONS JÖRN UND MIRKO HARTMANN GBR ("CARRACHO") MAKES NO WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN COMMUNICATION FROM OR INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CARRACHO SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CARRACHO BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF CARRACHO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE RECOMPILATION OF THE SOFTWARE CODE IN OTHER CODE FORMS AS WELL AS ALL OTHER TYPES OF REVERSE ENGINEERING OF THE DIFFERENT PHASES OF SOFTWARE PRODUCTION INCLUDING ANY ALTERATIONS OF THE SOFTWARE ARE NOT ALLOWED. THE SOFTWARE IS PROTECTED BY UNITED STATES COPYRIGHT AND INTERNATIONAL TREATY PROVISIONS.

THIS AGRREMENT IS GOVERNED BY GERMAN LAW. PLACE OF JURISDICTION IS THE COMPETENT COURT IN BERLIN, GERMANY. THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT BE GOVERNED BY THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON CONTRACTS FOR THE INTERNATIONAL SALE OF GOODS, THE APPLICATION OF WHICH IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE AND DESTROY ALL COPIES IN YOUR POSSESION.
